Located in Stoneham, MA on the former site of Weiss Farms, this marked the first partnership between John M. Corcoran and Callahan Construction. Resident enjoy state-of-the-art amenities, including a roof deck, pool, fitness center, game room, and lounge. Construction highlights include drilling and blasting of existing ledge to prepare the site as well as salvaging and reusing beams original to the Weiss Farm Barns.
