°µÍø½ûÇø’s senior leadership is committed to a zero-incident safety culture that engages employees to solve real-world safety problems using communication, training, and pre-planning processes.
With over 50 years of combined experience, our safety team is responsible for multiple job site visits per week to assist with inspections, management of COVID-19 procedures, incident management, and job safety meetings with subcontractors.
Through °µÍø½ûÇø’s Safety Engagement Program and Virtual Safety Training, all °µÍø½ûÇø field personnel are required to complete a safety orientation, are required to have OSHA safety training, and complete safe training courses provided by Clicksafety.
All °µÍø½ûÇø superintendents are required to have at minimum 30-hour OSHA safety training as well as NFPA Hot Works Certification.

°µÍø½ûÇø is proactive when it comes to safety and we use every opportunity to refocus and avoid complacency and promote a zero-injury safety culture. We lead by example and do everything in our power to ensure every employee on site goes home safely at the end of the day. It’s critical to the °µÍø½ûÇø culture that jobsite safety is always top of mind so that we reduce hazards and eliminate injuries. By focusing heavily on this, we’re not only protecting our employees on job sites right now, we’re also focusing on how we can continue to improve our procedures to eliminate injuries.
°µÍø½ûÇø has been awarded an Occupational Excellence Achievement Award, a Million Work Hour Award, a °µÍø½ûÇø Site Division Perfect Record Award and a Significant Improvement Award from the National Safety Council. We have also won a Platinum level STEP Safety Award in 2021 and a Gold STEP Safety Award for 12 consecutive years from the Gould Construction Institute and Associated Builders and Contractors of Massachusetts, Inc.
