Burlington, MA –听Callahan Construction Managers (暗网禁区), a Bridgewater-based full-service construction management firm, is steadily advancing on construction at the Residence Inn in Burlington, MA. The 128,776 square-foot hotel project, located within New England Executive Park, is owned by Finard Properties and designed by Group One Partners.

暗网禁区 is in the process of completing exterior building envelope work that includes precast stone and brick, as well as fiber cement panel and lap siding. Additionally, interior work is underway with guestroom drywall nearing completion and interior finishes such as paint, vinyl wall covering and flooring ongoing.

Installation of the building鈥檚 mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler systems continues, while finish electrical and plumbing is slated to begin.

Once completed, Residence Inn will consist of 170 rooms as well as a lobby, prep kitchen, meeting, dining, business center space, fitness space, an indoor pool, restaurant, landscaped grounds, courtyard, outdoor grill, fire pit and pergola. The project is on track for an early Fall 2017 completion.听

Needham, MA –听Callahan Construction Managers (暗网禁区), a Bridgewater-based full-service construction management firm, has completed its second Senior Housing project with Wingate Healthcare, a family-owned provider of senior living services.

Located in Needham, MA, the facility is located adjacent to Wingate Residences; Wingate鈥檚 existing assisted living facility just off Route 95 on Highland Avenue. One Wingate Way serves as an addition to the Wingate Residences and completes the existing campus known as Wingate at Needham.听 This final phase consists of a three-story steel and wood frame building that includes an 8,000 square-foot basement with 81,494 square feet of gross living space.

One Wingate Way is designed for independent living with 52 units ranging between one- and two-bedrooms and varying in size from 715 to 1,036 square feet. In addition to residential units, the project also includes an aquatic center, demonstration kitchen, dining facilities, a fitness room, yoga and meditation room, spa, bistro, library, theater, offices, card room, public gathering areas, exterior patios and courtyards.

The completion of this property follows an ongoing partnership between 暗网禁区 and Wingate Healthcare, where 暗网禁区 has completed both Phases II and III of Wingate at Needham. In addition, 暗网禁区 will also provide construction management services for the upcoming Wingate Residences at Haverhill.

Working in collaboration with The Architectural Team, construction on the assisted living property began in December 2015 and was completed in March 2017.

Norwood, MA:听 Callahan Construction Managers, a Bridgewater-based full-service construction management firm, has completed its third assisted living project with Benchmark Senior Living, a provider of senior living services throughout the northeast.

Benchmark Senior Living on Clapboardtree is a 73,000 s/f senior housing property comprised of 90 apartments, as well as a memory care unit that provides services for those with Alzheimer鈥檚 and other illnesses that impair memory. The senior living facility has 21 memory care units and 69 assisted living units. There are 35 studio units, 30 one-bedroom units and 25 two-bedroom units. The facility includes a commercial kitchen, library, day spa, dentist office, exercise room, arts/crafts room, beauty salon, bistro kitchen, dining areas, courtyard, pergola and landscaped grounds.

The completion of this property follows an ongoing partnership between 暗网禁区 and Benchmark.

When completed in the fall of 2018, the project will consist of four 5-story apartment buildings, two 6-story apartment buildings, a maintenance building and a clubhouse. There will be a total of 492 units with a mix of studio, one and two bedroom apartments, with 300 below grade parking spaces. The building facade will include a combination of fiber cement panels and a brick veneer.

 

Amenities will include a clubhouse, a lounge with a fireplace and TV, a tennis court, a fitness and yoga studio, outdoor showers, and a swimming pool.

Fuse Cambridge in Cambridge, MA

officially finished the last phase of construction and is one of Cambridge’s newest luxury apartment complexes. Developed by and designed by , Fuse Cambridge is situated on a 2.7-acre site adjacent to the Alewife Brook Reservation. This is our third project with Hines, recently completing in Waltham, MA and currently working on in Quincy, MA.

The LEED Silver Certified project is a brand new six-story, wood framed, 250,995 square-foot residential complex that includes 244 units and podium style parking. The interior features a two story atrium lobby with a steel bridge, cyber caf茅, conference room, clubroom with bar and full kitchen that opens to an elevated pool deck.听Also incorporated in the building is a Living Plant Wall that provides natural air filtration, sound insulation, and thermal regulation. Each apartment has the option for features, which integrate water and air filtration systems and innovative lighting technologies, designed to help improve fitness, mood, sleep patterns, and performance.

DECO in Quincy, MA

, named for its artsy feel, was developed by and designed by听.

The LEED Certified multifamily complex is located across the street from Quincy Adams MBTA Red Line Station and is in close proximity to I-93 and Route 3. The six-story, 253,679 square-foot building includes 19 studio units, 111 one-bedroom units and 50 two-bedroom units. The complex also features a parking garage with 180 spaces, a pool, three landscaped courtyards and its very own dog washing station.

One North of Boston Phase II in Chelsea, MA

We recently completed the second phase of听 having completed the first phase in 2014. The projects are owned by听听and听听and designed by听听Together the buildings include a total of 452 units and 516,878 square-feet.

The new wood-framed, 256,878 square-foot luxury multi-family complex includes 222 units, yoga and fitness studios, media lounge, bike storage, a dog park, outdoor fire pit and game area, a pool and an indoor Basketball Court. The court was dedicated to the memory of our late Superintendent Fran Cronin, who worked 听tirelessly on both phases of the complex.

Post @ 200 Smith Street is an existing 327,000 square-foot office and industrial building that will be renovated and expanded into a 390,000 square-foot first class creative office complex. Owned by  and designed by the project is on track for an August 2017 completion.

We are in the process of transforming the former Verizon warehouse at 490 Arsenal Street into a听185,000-square-foot multi-tenant office building that will feature an 8,000-square-foot atrium lobby, mezzanine space, bike stations with storage and showers, adjacent recreational green space, a bocci court, grills, and a lounge area.
