°µÍø½ûÇø recently celebrated the grand opening of  newest assisted living communities; located in Melrose, MA. The completion marks °µÍø½ûÇø’s second and third project with LCB, previously completing located in Swampscott, MA and in Ashland, MA. All projects were designed by the Architectural Team. The communities include LCB’s renowned Reflections Memory Care services for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments.
The Residence at Vinnin Square is a three-story, 77,430 SF structural steel building that includes 22 memory care units and 62 assisted living units along with a commercial kitchen and dining room, country kitchen and bistro, library, beauty salon, greenhouse area, landscaped grounds, exterior planting areas and a memory garden.
The Residence at Melrose Station is a five-story, 86,885 SF structural steel building that includes 25 memory care units and 65 assisted living units along with an activity room and outdoor terraces on the second and fifth floors, in addition to the amenities listed above.
