Fuse Cambridge in Cambridge, MA
officially finished the last phase of construction and is one of Cambridge’s newest luxury apartment complexes. Developed by and designed by , Fuse Cambridge is situated on a 2.7-acre site adjacent to the Alewife Brook Reservation. This is our third project with Hines, recently completing in Waltham, MA and currently working on in Quincy, MA.
The LEED Silver Certified project is a brand new six-story, wood framed, 250,995 square-foot residential complex that includes 244 units and podium style parking. The interior features a two story atrium lobby with a steel bridge, cyber café, conference room, clubroom with bar and full kitchen that opens to an elevated pool deck.ÌýAlso incorporated in the building is a Living Plant Wall that provides natural air filtration, sound insulation, and thermal regulation. Each apartment has the option for features, which integrate water and air filtration systems and innovative lighting technologies, designed to help improve fitness, mood, sleep patterns, and performance.

DECO in Quincy, MA
, named for its artsy feel, was developed by and designed byÌý.
The LEED Certified multifamily complex is located across the street from Quincy Adams MBTA Red Line Station and is in close proximity to I-93 and Route 3. The six-story, 253,679 square-foot building includes 19 studio units, 111 one-bedroom units and 50 two-bedroom units. The complex also features a parking garage with 180 spaces, a pool, three landscaped courtyards and its very own dog washing station.

One North of Boston Phase II in Chelsea, MA
We recently completed the second phase ofÌý having completed the first phase in 2014. The projects are owned byÌýÌýandÌýÌýand designed byÌýÌýTogether the buildings include a total of 452 units and 516,878 square-feet.
The new wood-framed, 256,878 square-foot luxury multi-family complex includes 222 units, yoga and fitness studios, media lounge, bike storage, a dog park, outdoor fire pit and game area, a pool and an indoor Basketball Court. The court was dedicated to the memory of our late Superintendent Fran Cronin, who worked Ìýtirelessly on both phases of the complex.
