Construction has begun at Marina Bay in Quincy, MA. 暗网禁区 recently began preparing the waterfront site for 352 residential units in two four-story wood framed high-end apartment buildings with 17,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floors. The complex will also include two levels of below grade parking. Due to the the site’s waterfront location, 暗网禁区 will be repairing an old seawall and 22,000 square-feet of new boardwalk space on wood piles. This is 暗网禁区’s third project with Hines.
